The Yogourmet Multi system includes:

  • An electrical yogurt-maker has been specially designed to maintain ideal incubation temperature to easily prepare a wholesome, natural, and perfect yogurt each and every time. The Yogourmet Multi yogurt-maker lets you prepare homemade yogurt with any type of milks or certain soy drinks, as well as spreadable cheese and yogurt with or without probiotics.

  • A dishwasher-safe inner container with seal-tight lid, to keep your yogurt fresh. Inner containers can also be purchased separately, so that you can start another batch of yogurt while you finish your previous batch.
  • A Yogourmet precision thermometer indicates exactly when you must add the starter to your pre-heated milk. The thermometer is easy to use and is calibrated both in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
  • A cotton bag, specially designed to make your own cheese. The bag has a large, easy-to-fill opening, and a practical cord to make it easy to close and hang.
  • A 12-page instructions manual will ensure that you get the best results with your Yogourmet Multi system and enjoy an excellent, healthy and nutritious yogurt

YOGOURMET Precision Thermometer

A Yogourmet precision thermometer indicates exactly when you must add the starter.

  • Dual temperature Fahrenheit-Celsius.
  • Temperature range: -20/200°F, -10/100°C.

Metal Grip to clip the thermometer to a pot or container

  • Color zones indicate the ideal inoculation temperature for yogurt and kefir starters.
  • For optimal temperature reading, 3/4 of the thermometer must be immersed in the liquid.

Inner container with its lid

  • Capacity of 2 litres, dishwasher-safe, seal-tight lid.
  • The container and the lid are made of Code 5 food-grade Polypropylene. (BPA-free)

NOTE: Do not use the Yogourmet yogurt-maker inner container in the microwave. Instead, use a microwave safe bowl or container to warm the milk then pour the milk in the inner container once it has cooled down.
